We provide individual support that is focused on clients achieving their goals and living the life that they choose. Individual support is typically offered on a one-to-one basis with a Support Worker in the client’s home or community. Support varies based on the client’s individual needs but includes assistance with personal care, community access, appointments, rehab programs, activities of daily living and much more!
We are a registered provider under NDIS, icare’s Workers Care and Lifetime Care and Support program, the Disability Support for Older Australians Program (DSOA) and NIISQ.
