Our Management Team and Community Support team bring extensive experience, skills and knowledge of working with people with an acquired brain injury. Our team come from a variety of professions ranging from Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work and much more.
All of our staff undergo comprehensive screening with Police and Working with Children checks and undergo intensive induction program training prior to working with you.
We also provide ongoing training and supervision to our staff to ensure they provide the best support to people with an acquired brain injury.
Before working, our staff have to complete a comprehensive background check which includes a current National Police Check, Working With Children Check and work reference check.
It's a condition of employment that our staff have a valid Driver Licence and use of a registered car. We check our staff have a valid car registration every 6 to 12 months.
An up-to-date first aid certification means our staff have the skills to provide first aid, basic emergency life support and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
We provide our staff with training on supporting people with an acquired brain injury. For complex care needs, our staff are checked as competent by a suitable health professional.
