We have a team of dedicated Support Coordinators assisting NDIS clients in understanding and implementing the funded supports in their plans. 

With a focus on building client capacity, our Support Coordinators help clients to link in and negotiate with different service providers to meet their individual needs and get the most out of their funded supports.
