We have a team of dedicated Support Coordinators who are experts in providing NDIS Support Coordination to people with acquired brain injury. 

Our Support Coordinators assist NDIS participants in understanding and implementing the funded supports in their plans.  

With a focus on building participant capacity, our Support Coordinators help people to link in and negotiate with different service providers to meet their individual needs and get the most out of their funded supports. 

Our Support Coordinators also have a strong network of trusted therapy and allied health professionals they work with. These professionals have extensive experience and understanding of supporting people with acquired brain injury. 

Our Support Coordinators are very adept at supporting participants accessing Home and Living under NDIS. This includes Supported Independent Living (SIL), individualised living option (ILO) and Specialist disability accommodation (SDA).
